Olivado  Avocado oil   Garlic flavor

※Precautions

<Material> (for 2 people)
•pasta  200g
• Eagle Talon  Appropriate amount • Avocado oil garlic flavor  4 tbsp
•Soy sauce  2 tsp
• Boiled juice  90ml
• Appropriate amount of black pepper • Rape blossoms  200g
•boiled egg  1 piece

 

 


<How to make>
① Put 10% salt (outside the amount) of water in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil the pasta about 1 minute earlier than the indicated time, and save the boiled juice. Cut rape blossoms into 3 cm widths and boil them. Make a boiled egg.
② Put avocado oil and hawk claws in a frying pan and slowly heat over low heat until the flavor is transferred to the oil.
③ Put pasta, boiled juice, soy sauce, and black pepper in ② and entangle them so that the oil spreads throughout.
④ Add drained rape blossoms and mix gently.
⑤ Put ④ on a plate. Divide the boiled egg into white and yolk, chop the white and strain the yolk, and serve on pasta.
