Princess Toyomitsu is a registered variety of figs cultivated in Fukuoka Prefecture, which is a brand of Fukuoka Prefecture, and cultivation is limited to producers and production groups in Fukuoka Prefecture who have signed a license agreement.
The name comes from (Toyo) and sweet (honey: Mitsu) in Toyomae-cho, Yukuhashi. As the name suggests, it is a fig with a strong sweetness.
